Straight Knives


Celtic Sword I made this sword a number of years ago to get the sword making urge out of my system. It didn't work I still like to make them. The overall length on this one is 34". The guard & pommel is textured steel. It has a carved African blackwood handle.	Dragon Claw This was the last of the Dragon series. I made 10 folders & 2 daggers. The guard is bronze forged to the shape of volosaraptor claws. The overlays are copper. Its handle is fossil walrus ivory.	Sleek Bowie

Bat Bowie This multi-bar composite mosaic damascus blade is 9" long. It has mosaic bats throughout that match the butt cap mosaic. The spine and middle spacer are engraved in a Gothic art style. The handle is sambar stag. The guard and spacers are wrought iron from an antique wagon wheel. The Bat Bowie was my featured knife at the ABS Knife Expo, San Antonio, 2009.

The BatWing Fighters

I designed the Batwing fighters after I was in a situation where I wished I had knife that was easily concealable. BW’s (BatWings) do not have guards so that makes them very slim and sleek. I give individual names to engraved BW’s inlayed with gold. Each engraving design is new and unique to that knife.
